This means that if you’re ever involved in an accident resulting in disabling damage, we’ll cover the cost to get you home—no questions asked. It’s an extra layer of security that keeps you protected when unexpected events happen on the road.
Do you pay fines or court costs?
No, fines and court costs are not included in the legal plan itself.
However, unlike other legal plans, we have an entire department dedicated to assisting you with paying fines or court costs if your ticket is not dismissed. We guide you through the process from start to finish to make it as fast and painless as possible.
How does Accident Expense Protection work?
Using your Accident Expense Protection is simple:
